Coordination for International Exhibitions

Support for Indian companies, organizations, and government authorities in their participation, either as exhibitors or visitors to any of the exhibitions.

  • Exhibitors. Services such as booking of exhibition space, organizing group stands, filling out of application forms, correct entries in the show catalogues etc are offered to exhibitors. Arrangements can also be made for temporary staff and interpreters and consultancy on all aspects of participation.
  • Visitors. Sale of visitor tickets and catalogues, delegation travel, information on travel arrangements, hotels and sights.
  • Charges & Fees. The services, as the Representative / Coordinator of these exhibitions, are free of charge. The object is to help / acquaint potential Exhibitors & Visitors to the Exhibitions and provide all possible assistance.

Participation in international & Indian Exhibitions and Trade Shows

In addition to two small exhibitions in Ranchi and Birbhum District, coordinated the Indian MoD's participation in Defendory (Athens), LIMA (Langkawi), LAAD (Rio de Janeiro) and Nexgen's Homexpo in Vietnam.

Consultancy for Conduct of International Exhibitions in India

As Director DEO, Cdr AJB Singh was the Nodal Officer for the conduct of DEFEXPO 2002

And Aero India 2001 & 2003

In addition, he was the Consultant for the conduct of Informa's INDESEC Expo 2008 in Greater Noida and the CII's NAMEXPO 2011 exhibition in Cochin

General Exhibition Related Consultancy

Consultancy is also provided on all aspects of participation in Exhibitions in India or abroad even for those events not listed above. This would include aspects such as Stand selection / construction, Movement of Exhibits, Travel advisories etc
